I just played around a bit with Dr Smurto's Golden Ale recipe.
What would you do to improve it? would you change the yeast?

1 g/L Chinook (11.4% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.2 g/L Galaxy (13.4% Alpha) @ 40 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Cascade (7.8% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)
0.8 g/L Cascade (7.8% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
0.4 g/L Galaxy (13.4% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
0.0 g/L Whirlfloc Tablet @ 5 Minutes (Boil)
Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 90 Minutes
Fermented at 18°C with Safale US-05
