jp - relax, it's going to turn out to be good beer.
I see that you have three hop additions of Amarillo pellets. The original hop bill has the same AA% for each. Your additions (on the right side of Section D) have a different AA% for each of the three additions. That could be exactly what you have on hand - three different lots of Amarillo hops, each with a different AA%.

If that is not the case and you altered the AA% for some reason, then you will get a different result each time you brew this recipe. That's OK.
Use what you experience when drinking this batch to evaluate the impact of hops added at the given times. Those added @ 60 min can be considered to contribute bitterness only. There is a tiny flavor piece, but I have seen others write that for bittering, hops can be chosen from a wide selection and higher AA% means fewer grams/oz and potentially lower cost. I think that is a matter subject to interpretation and individual taste.
I see that you pull the hopsack @ 10 min. That indicates to me that your 20 min and 5 min hops were in the wort for 30 and 15 min respectively. Make note of that for comparison to future batches.
At 30 min post FO, you whirlpool and start counterflow chiller. In light of some recent forum talk about whirlpool, how do you set things up so that the whirlpool does what you want (trub cone?) while chilling? If it works, more power to you.
It has been my bottling experience that the BIABacus recommended amount of corn sugar gives me under-carbonated beer, so I adjust upward. YMMV. Be careful so as to avoid making bottle bombs.
These are really picky things I have mentioned. Your file looks great, there is nothing to worry about. When you fill Section R (your FG), the only thing left to add would be some tasting notes. The efficiency numbers shown are what I would call normal for me. Do not get hung up on them - just look at them over the course of time (where they are for comparable batches on different days) to see if they are going up or down.
Keep up the good work.
