Just cracked one of these open. It has been in the bottle for 2.5 weeks. This is a really good recipe! My wife even liked it and she usually only goes for dark beers. This is my first use of Amarillo hops and they are incredible! What a completely unique flavor and aroma profile. This will be a regular brew for me for sure.

Sounds nice. I bottled mine last weekend and hopefully turns out good as well. Can't wait.
