It seems that CTZ is really just any of Columbus, Tomahawk or Zeus hops.
Apparently all the same hop with different names or close enough that it doesn't matter.
Meant to be good bittering hops.

Oh yeah, good point Odymate, I forgot about that, so you can order any of the 3 and they're pretty much interchangeable. They were on special from Yakima valley hops in America at the time so I bought a few pounds. It was a nice clean bittering hopOdymate wrote:Hi Simon,
