How bigs your boiler dj ? are you planning to maxi or full volume ?

Only asking because brewing big in a small boiler needs careful thought due to the bigger grain bill in a reduced volume of water.

Anyway back to suitable recipes, do a search on imperial stout which should throw up a few hits. Post a linky to any you fancy and the guys will have a look to see if they are viable.

Someone might chip in with a good proven recipe input onto the new Biabacus, in the meantime do some googling.

You could always try BobBrews Black IPA, though not sure how this would suit your tastes?

Ive got an Electrim Boiler/Mash tun,

Im wanting to do a maxi.
