Hi Lee

I'm very conversent with GW's recipe book and I have his recipe in the new Biabacus. Attached is the file, if you haven't got excel you can download open office for free and open it with that. The Biabacus is a fantastic tool for scaling recipes and it gives you all your volumes in section "O" you will have to change by pot settings in "B" to match your own and you will have to enter your hop AA% in section "H".

As your boiler is only 30L you will have to hold back some water, you can alter this amount in the "MAXI-BIAB Adjustments section" on the right hand side next to section "P" Start with the water used in sparge say 6L then the rest in water added during boil say 3L.

Have a look and a play then get back to us. If I'm not around another guy will chip in.

:luck:

Yeasty
