suspect stuff in the bottle?

Post #1 made 13 years ago
Hello

I bottled up some raspberry wheat beer last week.
I've got some stuff at the top of the neck in some but not all of the bottles.

I think it may be whatever was floating on top of the beer that's got siphoned into some of the later bottles.

Or could it be something more suspect??

Apologies for the bad photo.

Is this the brew where you added the rasberry puree/pulp ?

Is it possible that the last few bottles filled had some solids syphoned over. These could have settled out and have now started to float ? If it had stayed on the bottom would you have noticed it ?

I'd put them to the back of the cupboard and drink them last, it may well have settled out by them.
Why is everyone talking about "Cheese"

that's what i was hoping. I wasn't at the "FV end" when bottling, our lass was, and so not sure what she was doing with the tube. Everything smelled ok in the FV (i used safbrew WB-06) i think.

I wont be drinking it in any great quantity so........

:peace:
