I have a 50 gallon stainless drum with a large natural gas burner. Is biab possible for a batch this big? I'd be starting with 100 lbs of dry grain. I have a pulley system, just not sure if there is any bag that could hold the weight.
Has anyone used stainless mesh or have any other ideas to pull this off.
Thanks

You can use multiple bags
Construct some scaffolding, two beams across each other and the. Use four bags. No problem
Heres a link to someone using two bags with a 37 galon pot to knock out 20 galons

Or maybe get a stainless mesh basket made which will support the bag and can be hoisted out. Your gonna make a lot of friend with that type of production quantity or you'll be booking yourself in for rehab

I would worry a bit about large volumes of mash in as much as it would be hard to stir? Getting the temperatures in the middle of the mash up to temperature quickly could pose problems? I am willing to do my part. With all the beer produced I will take some off your hands.
tap 1 Raspberry wine
tap 2 Bourbon Barrel Porter
tap 3 Czech Pilsner
tap 4 Triple IPA 11% ABV
Pipeline: Mulled Cider 10% ABV

If you use the right strike water temp it shouldn't be a problem, and the strike calculators are very accurate
I would suggest large or custom potato masher style masher. Perhaps a large paint stirrer?

I have a mixer that is powered by a hand drill, that should work well to stir up the mash.

Sounds like a good way to bind and tear the bag to me
It's not a stirring action you want but more of an up/down convection

Pick one of these up from Home Depot for 10 bucks. They have a 2 and half foot handle so it'll get down in there for you and give you the necessary up and down mix action. It's for mixing concrete, but works great for a grain stirrer, just a big ole potato masher:
