First Post - from Canada!
Hi all, my name is PL. Been extract brewing for a while and I decided to jump on the all grain train. I modded a coffee urn and we'll see if I can make all of this work.
Will keep you posted.
Cheers,

Hi! First post. I'm a small-batch BIAB brewer from the East Coast of the U.S., looking to build a bigger rig. I came here to get some tips! Thanks for the site!
Post #2061 made 14 years ago
Good Day Frisee91, Welcome! We do MINI-BIAB batches too. 2.5 gallon or 1 case 24 bottles,12oz/375ml.
If you can get a 60 Qauart kettles and a 135,000 btuu heater you can go full volume 5 gallon BIAB no problem.
Look around the site, and download all you need. Just ask, if you have any questions.

Hi There.
I'm based in Sydney. Have only been brewing for just under a year now.
Started with kits and quickly moved to partial mashs and 'teabag mashing' similar to biab I guess. Had heard reference to BIAB but such litte really considering it appears to be such a good alternative to all the rigmaroll of sparging with a tun etc.
I'm look forward to reading more and learning more, this could suit me well.
Have been looking for the 'The Master Guide to BIAB' on this site but seem to be going in circles, maybe thats because I have not been a full mamber?.
If you can point me to it, would be great!
Cheers
David.

Hey all. Brewed an extract, little too easy; now looking for a bigger challenge, just need to read up!
Post #2067 made 14 years ago
Good Day Alpeek, Welcome to our site. Extract is easy..But BIAB isn't difficult.
Doing All-Grain with BIAB is Simple.
The only thing that is challanging is making a recipe from the MANY grains, Styles, and Tastes.
Good Luck

Hello,
I'm from Italy, I brewed around 50 beers with kits and E+G, it's time to start with something more serious... ---> BIAB!
Cheers,
Francesco.
