I'm looking forward to this. All I need is the swiss voile for my grain bag and a thermometer (and a free fermenter) and I'm set to go. I've enjoyed steeping and adding my own hops. This next step looks even more fun.
Anyone else using a 20L urn?

Is there anything specific I need to know... besides the smaller batch sizes.
