I haven't looked at your file Tim, but something doesn't look right with the recipe report.
It says you are boiling for 90 minutes but will evaporate 26L.

Have you overridden the evaporation rate?

Ahhh, kettle CM was too high. I had 70cm wide, 70cm high. It's 70l! 45cm wide, 45cm tall! Good spot - have corrected both the download and the recipe above.
