Welcome to the world of brewing brilliant all-grain beer in a single-vessel! This method is significantly easier to understand and employ than traditional all-grain home-brewing methods yet produces beers that are certainly equivalent. At time of writing (5th August, 2008), the highest scoring BIAB beer has been 47/50 points. It doesn't get much higher than that!

This site aims to enable an easy path for both those considering all-grain brewing and also for the traditional brewer that wishes to brew a higher quantity of quality beer with less time and labour. The answers offered here will have been discussed thoroughly amongst BIABrewers and/or in forums as well as checked by professionals in the brewing field, so what is written here should be treated as the best possible advice available. Or, ask your own questions here.

BIAB became established through the input of both traditional and budding all-grainers at AussieHomeBrewer. This site is in its early days and we hope to see this same passion speed up the development of this site.
