hi all was going to do my first biab at the weekend but im off work tomorrow i will be starting my brew around 10 ish will anyone be around on the forum if i have problems :?: [cheers lee :pray: ]

There is usually someone around here at all times, that is the advantage of the international community we have here....spans all time zones!

As I have posted on the thread I'll now get an email. Don't worry, just remember to take your time. Nothing has to be rushed 10 minutes either way ain't going to be a disaster.

lee Im' not sure but you might have a look at your user control panel under board preferences/edit posting defaults,check"no" for "notify me upon replies.

Good luck lee. If you're a bit unsure of things, you can also use The Commentary. Just read the relevant section before you start each new stage.

You can make some pretty wild mistakes and still get great beer so take it easy.

Yeasty, are you implying Lancashire and Yorkshire are in the same time zone? I thought they were different continents ;) . Originally from Lincolnshire myself - that's a different planet...

boiler is on im aiming for strike temp of 69 - 70 degrees is anyone on standby if i hit any problems :?: cheers lee

last 10 mins of mash just getting water ready for a quick sparge , hops and sugar are ready for boil so far so good :P
