I'm doing a clear out of my hop box from the fridge and want to do an IPA with what I've got.
Can I get advice on a worthy grain bill and some suggestions on hop additions? I think I'll go for a small 10-15L batch for this brew so could probably make it a DIPA.
These are the hops I've got to work with:
15g UK Goldings- 6.4% AA
40g Pacifica- 5.3% AA
40g Pacific Jade- 13.5% AA
40g Nelson Sauvin- 12.1% AA
50g Centennial- 9.7% AA
I've got a nice US05 yeast cake on stand by so I can afford to make this a strong one.
Suggestions very much welcome. Cheers

Here's one idea for you at the very low end of the DIPA scale. Maybe others can improve on it a bit.
