3rd BIAB - Trying new hops variety

Post #1 made 12 years ago
Someone gave me some of the new(er) Calypso variety of hops, and I wanted to brew a fairly clean batch that would highlight the flavor of this one. I used Calypso for bittering and for dry-hopping, and added some Citra for flavor. Very pale right now, I'm very anxious to try this one out!
