The colour is perfect! The taste may be a bit off but there are so many variables involved that I can't imagine anyone could get it perfect the first time. Good job!
tap 1 Raspberry wine
tap 2 Bourbon Barrel Porter
tap 3 Czech Pilsner
tap 4 Triple IPA 11% ABV

Pipeline: Mulled Cider 10% ABV

.....However, it was a Graham Wheeler recipe (which are supposed to be quite good), so either I got something wrong or I have to stop being too critical!

P.S. When does cheese start up again? can you give us an update in the thread? (Don't want the mods getting too upset about off topic stuff)

Well, an update for anybody that may be still interested in this clone recipe.

6 months (+) after brewing this, it is now perfect.
My previous comments about something missing seems to have shown up.
I would never have thought a standard ESB would need at least 6 months aging but...

I now have a sparked interest in beer maturation, and guess what? yep it's another homebrewers minefield!
