You are on my Trivia Team by default. Every year the worlds largest trivia contest is played near where I live. We have a team that has been together for 18 years. We have international players too. Last year 'PP' was instrumental in the teams final standings. We have forgiven him and are asking him back.
(actually he was one of our best players) please don't tell him that or it will go to his head! We need your help too! We listen locally on radio but you can listen over the internet!The contest is played for 54 continuous hours. We are tired, groggy, ill tempered and probably drunk after 24 hours. So we need you to help by listening to the questions (and great music in between questions) to help answer them. You can text a guess to us once I get that set up?
Description of the Contest
Thanks in advance!Eight questions are asked over the 90FM airwaves (and internet) each hour. Team contestants are given the length of time for two songs to play in which to respond with an answer. Each team is given one attempt to answer. All teams that respond correctly are given an equal share of the 2000 points that a question is worth, with a minimum of 5 points and a maximum of 500 points. There are two hours during the contest when only four questions are asked. This allows us time to read all of the team standings.
