What Do You Do Between Beers/Brews?

Post #1 made 15 years ago
They used to call us "chalkies" once. That was before chalkboards were replaced by whiteboards and non-permanent markers (remember what a privilege it was to be the one who cleaned the chalk duster? How you got to go outside and bash the shite out of it for ten minutes with a ruler?)
Today I teach with an interactive electronic whiteboard ...it means that schools nowadays can't operate if there is a power outage!!?

Anyway, cheers to all the school teachers! :D

Busy spending all of our hard- earned taxes, i.e. a public servant. Don't pick on me, someone has to do it and if I had my way I'd be wielding a big scythe through the top- heavy management which is just everywhere I look. :(

I travel to paper mills, mostly in China, to support the products we supply to those mills. This is the reason why I bought a temperature controller. I had enough of the missus saying she hadn't checked the temperature of my beer in the middle of summer while I was travelling overseas.

FFS!! Why don't they get it??

New kit? ...time to sleep and read up on brewing? ...bubbling fermenters? ...wife who seems fairly reasonable about homebrewing activities?

...Where is this Nirvana you speak of???
