or at least some heavier 'guest' traffic.

The January issue of Zymurgy has a nice little article titled 'Brew in a Bag' that has a link to here. Seems to be a well-written factual article that debunks a lot of the myths about efficiency, etc. You guys have made the big time here! Congratulations!

Found this issue at the brew shop on Wednesday - it's just on the stands here, so it may take a little bit for the new folks to star wandering over.

Read that article myself. Brad did a nice job name-droppping both this site and one of our favorite members. (Hi Pat!) He also did a good job dispelling some myths although he did fail to discuss doing any kind of mashout.

Brad kindly checked the Zymurgy article over with us back in October. We haven't read the final article but what we read then was already written very well. Brad also does the Beersmith blog/podcasts. Nearly all these are of high to very high quality. It costs nothing to subscribe to these so, if you can, do so.

Good job by Brad. I listened to him at the NHC in Seattle in 2012. I told him before hand that we were there to heckle him if he misrepresented BIAB. He did a good job and only Shibolet heckled him a little! I congratulated him at the nightly party and he was very pleased with his biab experiences. I did complain about the numbers being off in his IBU calculations but he shrugged it off because I was unable to stand up at this point of the night. Little credence is given to those who are inebriated and looking for dropped coins while they are down there on the floor.
