James class was fun as you would expect it would be. He is a natural speaker with good presentation qualities. He used some video from his video website along with pictures. He explained the uses of small batches and the reasons why you would do such a crazy thing?

James and Steve brew up a delicious six-pack IPA in less than an hour, from start of brewing to end of cleanup.
We just got the word that the funeral is Thursday at 9:30 am so we will have to find a dog sitter and be on the road by 5 AM. We will be back late Thursday so we can clean up the yard for the Friday arrival of our week end guests. I am not bringing a keg of beer to the funeral because they are Mary's side of the family and I would need (at least) two kegs!

Hopefully The air conditioning repairman will come by today? The fan won't start when it goes on. I pushed it manually to see if it would revolve (with a long screwdriver) and it revolved with about 85%? force. So I did get some cooling. I let the house get uncomfortably warm and turned the "ON" point to a very low setting so that the air conditioning unit would never reach it and stay on try to bring the temperature down. This week won't be too bad but when the guests come it is suppose to be hot and with high humidity.

Sorry for all this personal drama in the NHC section. To all reading, It was a blast and I am really considering going to San Diego California next June. I will not do a long term wort storage with No-chill again. I think we have proved our point!
Pat, I will Skype you soon and get back to work.
