Shit jimmy - I missed your birthday!

I hope me writing probably the first swear word on BIABrewer.info atones for this sin :) and as you know, I have been away.

It's great to see one of the original BIAB pioneers here pioneering this forum. And he is a jolly good fellow :).

Uh oh! I just scrolled up and saw that I have missed NME's birthday as well. Now I am in really deep ....

Maaaate, I hope you had a top one and thanks from all of us for bringing this site to life.

PP, got a few bits and pieces and a bit of cash, which I'm leaning toward buying a couple of nice perlic taps from the u.s. (can get 2 of them delivered from there for the same price as 1 from aus).

P.S. Well-searched on the taps wiz. I scored my tap from a brewer mate in Germany who visited here. There's a lot of good deals out there when you look around and have the great fortune to meet brewers from other countries. Meeting Zwickel was one of my brewing highlights!

I received 3 books for my birthday from loved ones :)

How To Brew, Designing Great Beers, and Brewing Classic Styles...

Still actually waiting on the first two to arrive, but Brewing Classic Styles is fantastic :)

80 Multi-Award Winning recipes for all the BJCP styles, along with style guidelines and style specific recipe notes... perfect as a base for my own recipes :)
