Looks like a nice recipe!!Two If By Sea wrote:A recipe given to me by an old hand at brewing.
Oatmeal Stout(5 gallons)
10 pounds 2-row pale
.5 pounds Chocolate Malt
.5 pounds Roast barley
2 pounds oatmeal
Mash at 152 for 60 minutes
Sparge with enough 185F water to collect 6.5 gallons, boil down to 5,5 gallons
1.5 oz EKG for 60 mins
.75 oz Fuggles at 20 min
Use White Labs WLP004
OG 1.060, FG 1.015 or less
Of course I BIAB-ified it.
