The mighty Packers laid the wood to Da` Bears tonight. The final score was 55 to 14. The game wasn't as close as the score indicates. The Bears looked helpless and I actually felt bad for them. Aaron Rodgers thew 6 touchdowns in the first half and was pulled after the first series in the second half. The game was a shocker for everyone involved.

It is very late and I have to go to bed. I have to get up early to get 4 tires put on may car. Check the link to find out how you did I will get to it tomorrow afternoon.

I have played every week but you would be forgiven for thinking I had missed the last fortnight, I'm stuck in the mid forties. I'm really waiting for Bob to catch me so that we can battle to the end of the season!

I spend most of the day reading about football. I am in a bunch of fantasy football leagues with my son-in-laws and grand kids. I built and run Cheese. I have never missed a week. I have 39 points! I STINK! Enough said!

The Packers are just hitting there stride. They tried a new defense when the year started and that idea failed miserably. We moved a few players around and it solidified the defense. We have the best quarterback in the league and he is the leading league MVP candidate scoring, seemingly at will. We are ready for the next game. We play the Vikings outdoors this week in a college stadium. Until the new stadium is finished in (2016?) they will be vagabonds.

Three games in a row of 50 or more points has never been done in NFL history. It would be nice to get that record but I see this as a trap game where we lose because of being overconfident and not playing to potential? The coach has eluded to that already and is trying to warn the players that on "any given Sunday" you can lose to a lesser team!

The Packer won but they played poorly. This was a trap game where they have a easy game with a big game upcoming thereby overlooking the easy team and losing. Well it almost happened. The Packers won 24 to 21 and took soul possession of first place. Next week they will play at home against the New England Patriots.

The triumphant Green Bay Packers have beaten the almighty New England Patriots. The Packers won a signature victory that will ring out all season long. 26 to 21 might not be the scoring high point people expected but they received a very good game instead. The Packers held the Patriots to 84 yards rushing and Aaron Rodgers passes for 368 yards.

It's always best to keep the wives off the computer anyway. They spend money on junk and don't leave enough for us to buy (grain, yeast, hops, sanitation stuff and "beer toys") they have no consideration on what we have to endure brewing beer? "You can't live with them and can't live without them" (But we could try??? )

But, we would NEVER hear the end of it . Also could never buy tools to do my daytime job . Need to go buy grains tomorrow ,but , I have to do some remodeling in the kitchen. I do get to take some homebrews to a friends house to watch the FSU v Ga Tech game tomorrow night ! GO NOLES !!

The Packers narrowly escaped with a win tonight 43 to 37. The halftime score was Packers 31 to the Falcons 7. The Falcons put up a great fight and wore out the Packers defense with the no-huddle offense and gave the next team a blueprint to beat us. Very disconcerting to see the mighty Packers sucking air and hanging on by their fingertips. Next Sunday will be very interesting because Buffalo is a better team than the Falcons!
