I couldn't decide what I wanted to drink tonight, so many choices. So decided to have a look in the cupboard to see what was there.
I chanced upon 2 bottles of Barley wine I brewed a bit over 2 years ago. "lovely" I says, "that'll do".
And oh is it smooth
age has definitely made this a great beer, shame there's only 2, no, 1 bottle left, possibly none by tomorrow 
Guess I'll have to make another batch, 2 years seems so long to wait, why can't I be more organised?
