Hello.
I have decided to brew Irish Red in my next batch. I only have access to Weyermann grains but I think substituting ingredients shouldn't be a problem.
I'm looking for a kick-ass recipe with smooth easy drinking attributes and good malt qualities. I'm not much of a hop-head, but good balanced beer is preferred. Creamy big head beer is something I'm looking for.
I have three recipes on my mind but I'm not sure what is best (and I'm also looking for other recipes):
1. Irish red from Brewing Classic Styles.
2. HBT winner: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f65/irish-r ... mp-141086/
3. Screwy's Red - Recipe from aussiebrewing: http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/i ... 3385&st=20
Any suggestions?
Johann
