I tried a clone of Guinness well over a year ago. Very nice.
The roasted malts tend to mask the hop flavours, so I didn't worry about using English hops or not. It was just about balancing bitterness.
This post here, shows the details in the old "calculator" style.

I just started drinking the Regan Dillon Porter from this link :drink: . It's excellent and from a proven source here in the states, Jamil Zainasheff.

Has anyone tried putting this into BIABacus yet? I'm wanting to do either a porter or an oatmeal stout.

Jamil is a great brewer and technician.. I really like his Shallow Grave Porter and Chocolate Hazelnut Porter

I'll be wanting to make a 3g batch of any of them.. but, a chocolate porter sounds just great to me.
