i made a list/plan before hand ..
cant turn it round on photobucket .. it wont save...
i will do a full run down of the brew,and post,
i used 50g of fuggles at the start of boil
and 30g of bobek at the last 10 mins..
i used the empty grain bag, to boil the hops with it weighted down with a dinner plate ..
gave lots of room for the hops to swim and i could stir them every so often..
i may well use cascade to dry hop when i ferment ..
it is very brown ..tbh
i will probably do the next brew minus the crystal and possibly hoppier..
ive put the brew into a cube...
now that was a new experience 22l of near boiling water in a plastic jerry can and it took around 6 hrs to cool down..
cant wait for the next one..
one tip ...
i will top up the mash water with a couple of kettle fulls of boiling water to get it hotter quicker
