Hi bozkm, I haven't tried the recipe but it looks pretty simple and well into'd regarding tweaks. My personal taste would be the raspberry porter :) Good luck with it all, be sure to post results, or questions along the way.

I don't have any fruit recipes, sorry. A local company makes a pretty good Apricot Wheat beer (Ithaca Brewing), and Magic Hat #9 is flavored with apricot too. While I'm not a big fan of apricot, it does blend well with a wheat beer. Good luck with your quest!

I poured at a big brew event this past weekend. I usually pour for Lost Coast Brewery from Eureka, CA.. but, poured for a local brewery instead, Fogbelt. I went over to visit Jack, the rep for Lost Coast and what was one of the beers he was pouring? An Apricot Wheat. It was pretty nice. They have another wheat that is VERY popular.. a Tangerine Wheat beer.. They have these down quite well.. When drinking the tangerine, Wow, first thing that hits is the nose.. from on then, it is all tangerine. Not overpowering.. but, you know it's there. Same with the apricot.. not overpowering, but you know it's there. I'd like to try it in a half recipe size.
