Sorry you haven't received an answer here yet robeer. I'm guessing that a part of that is that our question might be interpreted in several ways...

1. Do the FVV's I made in Section W look reasonable?

2. Is this a good ABA recipe?

3. Is my source any good?

Here's the bits I can help on...

1. Excellent. Yo have done exactly the right FVV from what I am guessing are your needs.

2. No idea. It's a style I know nothing about sorry.

3. The source I quickly clicked on is an extract recipe so I can't give any better info there either.

Hopefully someone else can help you with 2 and 3. Make sure you buy Brewing Classic Styles as this gives you a solid base from which to judge recipes.
