Hi, as the subject states I am chasing a BIAB recipe for a honey ale. I have a friend who has bees and has an abundance of honey. We have so far used it for a spiced mead which is 1 month in the fermenter.
We still have around 9kg of honey and am hoping to do a nice honey ale for summer (Australia). Does anyone have a good recipe they would like to share?
Cheers
RJ
