I spent lots of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I squandered
I've stopped drinking, but only when I'm asleep
I ONCE gave up women and alcohol - it was the worst 20 minutes of my life

jhough,

Joe use Brewers' Clarex® - Best beer stabilization technology‎

Below are some links that may help. This stuff was made to clarify beer (like Irish moss). They found quite by accident (while testing) that it breaks the proteins down so far that beer is considered Gluten free! I have used it and it seems to work for my GF family members. The process of brewing a Gluten Free beer (GF) with other products is that it is a pain and expensive. With this stuff your brew your regular beer and use the product! Simple!

I won a gluten free kit from a homebrew shop and plan on making it tomorrow. The recipe is from Snowman Brewing in Ontario and they specialize in gf beers.
Once I biabacus the file I'll post it up.

Sorry for the wait in reply guys.Work has been killing me with the owner on vaca and having to run the shop and work on cars. :argh: Anyway
1) Mally ... too much trouble when she can buy some or drink 1 of my regulars with no problem.
2) Bob, :interesting: :interesting: Good read , will have to delve into deeper on how to propery use as Shorts Brewing sounded as fermenting beer not into the boil as Irish Moss.
3) Lumpy, Please keep me posted on how it turned out..I'll have to use the wayback machine to remember how to do extract,  Been a while .
WAIT a minute .... Guess you did not say it twas an extract... ASSumed it was as that is all I've seen . Guess that old saying is right. :headhit:

Thanks Gents , I'll keep you updated ! :salute:
