You may need to use a past tense now Fongas! i.e. "something has happened".

Check that gravity every day for 2-3 days. If it doesnt change it is most likely done.

I guess I should also add that if you don't mind losing a few hundred mls of wort each day (sample), that advice still stands.

Otherwise you could equally just take a 200ml sample and leave it out (but covered) with your hydrometer in it, then monitor it for changes for the next few days.
Again if there are no changes after that period, you should be good to go.

Fongas, how did this brew turn out? The original is fantastic on tap!
