Hopeing to get some input into these recipes, I have a large kettle and recently aquired a refrigerator that I have converted to a primary fermentation chamber by adding a STC-1000 controller. Please look at this stout recipe also and see if I am on track or need to modify it to get a good result, I will be making a 2 liter yeast starter for this as well as the Hefe from the previous post. I also have O2 available to oxigenate the wort prior to fermentation.
