1 More BCS recipe

Hopeing to get some input into these recipes, I have a large kettle and recently aquired a refrigerator that I have converted to a primary fermentation chamber by adding a STC-1000 controller. Please look at this stout recipe also and see if I am on track or need to modify it to get a good result, I will be making a 2 liter yeast starter for this as well as the Hefe from the previous post. I also have O2 available to oxigenate the wort prior to fermentation.

If you are looking for help with a recipe, you should probably post in this thread: http://www.biabrewer.info/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=286 That is where the experts go to dissect recipes and help people identify what needs to be changed. I suggest posting only 1 recipe at a time, and hopefully you will learn enough from the answer to be able to do the next one on your own. It takes a fair bit of time to examine a recipe.

Thank you JackRussel, I will post in the thread that you showed in the future, the only reason I posted twice is because I plan on brewing both of these beers in the next few days and our LHBS is only open at certain hours so I wanted to make sure I had the ingredients for both beers. Thank you again for your assistance.
