Hi All
Do any of you have a recipe for a pale ale or IPA using only New Zeland hops that you would be willing to share? I really want to try these hops just don't know much about them. I brew 19 liter/ 5 gallon batches Thanks See Ya brew often Ron

Ron,
http://www.biabrewer.info/viewforum.php?f=7 Lots of stuff there. You were in the right area. Just substitute NZ hops on any Pale ale.
I liked this one but you can just use one new hop every month! http://www.northernbrewer.com/documenta ... xpress.pdf
Or I use this one. It is one of my regulars but it is American hops, just substitute a NZ hop! http://www.northernbrewer.com/documenta ... ookIPA.pdf
Good luck!
