Was going to do the NRB Amarillo again (loved it) but did not have much Amarillo as I though, so went with substitutions that i had going out of date (all pellets)
76.9% Maris Otter (4.5 EBC = 2.3 SRM) 4007 grams = 8.83 pounds
15.4% Munich (15 EBC = 7.6 SRM) 801 grams = 1.77 pounds
7.7% Cara (70 EBC = 35.5 SRM) 401 grams = 0.88 pounds
The Hop Bill (Based on Tinseth Formula)
17.6 IBU Magnum Pellets (14.5%AA) 11.1 grams = 0.391 ounces at 60 mins
13.6 IBU Cascade Pellets (5.9%AA) 34.9 grams = 1.229 ounces at 20 mins
5.1 IBU Amarillo Pellets (8.2%AA) 28.3 grams = 1 ounces at 5 mins
US05 and just started to fermentation nicely this morning, thoughts?? I may dry hop it it later, thoughts
