I did this as my first BIAB and loved it. I only wish I had more of it to drink.

I'm looking at making a batch of this up and noticed that the attached calculator says that you boil for 90mins while the recipe about is for 60mins? Which would be the ideal?

When in doubt, boil 90 min.

It can't hurt your beer, and the 90 min boil will ensure that you have none of the "sweet corn" flavors that can be caused by DMS (Dimethyl Sulfides). Some Malts are more likely to produce these flavors than others. The 90 min boil (while using more energy) ensures that the DMS is driven off and does not effect the flavor of your brew.

It costs me just aa bit more, but I boil 90 min.
