Which Pickup Tube??

Hello Everyone,

I have been leaving too much behind when draining the kettle into the fermenter. I want to add a pickup tube to my kettle but I am struggling with which one. There are two from Spike Brewing that seem plausible or I could make one. Let me know what you think. As always any and all advice is appreciated.

I am leaning toward this one.

This one sits above the domed bottom of the kettle so maybe pick up less trub??

I have a shorty on my Spike, but haven't brew with it yet. That's a nice high flow tube. What size kettle do you have?
