No chill questions

Post #1 made 13 years ago
I think I would like to try no chilling, but I suppose I would have to give up my auto siphon. And I should probably install a valve onto my kettle. That seems like the biggest hang up for me. Does anyone use a siphon for transferring hot wort?

Someone was working on a metal version of the standard auto siphon but I forgot who? Somewhere on the forum I suppose? I guess we could search for it? There are semi-flexible heat resistant hoses for brewing but you would burn your lips priming it :argh: ???

I just bought a add on valve and it works just fine.
tap 1 Raspberry wine
tap 2 Bourbon Barrel Porter
tap 3 Czech Pilsner
tap 4 Triple IPA 11% ABV

Pipeline: Mulled Cider 10% ABV
