Hi.
Just a quick query from a "out of date" brewer, it's been a long time since I did any brewing and Biab in new to me.
As I understand it from the threads on this forum during the mashing stage temperature stratification can occur making it difficult to obtain accurate temperature readings.
Is there any problem with using a slow speed stirrer to gently move the liquid and prevent this happening? It needs to be slow so air is not sucked into the mix.

Good Day Aamcle, If you have a slow stirrer, it will work Great.
This will help when heat is supplied to the kettle.
If you have plans or a source for this device, could you please Post?
