It is, however, not a cream ale style of beer (you need corn or rice adjuncts for that).

I'm willing to bet that this will be a very tasty recipe, but I do not know the hops.
I have done similar recipes, and a little maltiness goes well with C type of hops.

Good job. :)
Thanks for the reassurance (=

Regarding the style, I havent really brewed any to style beers yet, I just choose a bs2 style that seems to match my colour/ibu etc from the recipe I make up (out of curiosity does this match any style?)

Was thinking of about upping the munich to 1kg and dropping the pils by half a kilo so I get more of an idea what the munich tastes like, do you think this would be a good idea or would 500g be sufficient to get a feel for it? Having never used it before I'm not sure if 1kg would be overpowering in a fairly light beer.

The best known commercial beer I know that uses the nelson sauvin hops is the Knappstein Lager, it is very tasty.

Might have to learn what they put in it one day and try a clone.

Also what is C type hops?

Ah I have ordered a pound of centenial (along with cascade and hallertau), looking forward to trying out the centenial as I have heard good things.
Might try using more munich when I try a pale ale (would it be suitable for a kolsch?).

Only problem I am having now is I have only 1 empty keg with 2 brews fermenting and 1 in a cube.. have to get drinking through my other kegs!

4th BIAB went well , matched the gravities I was aiming for again (not exactly sure how, maybe the 76.8 mash eff is pretty standard for biab?).
For a change this time I decided to chuck the 10 min addition in loose as I have been using hop socks previously. Cleaned up a bit more throughout the brew this time and was finished a bit earlier at about 3pm.
