What do you do when you cannot get a certain malt or hop for a recipe?
Do you ask your supplier to give you something similar.
I've just spent the whole morning looking for a recipe but certain ingredients are not available with my supplier.

Philip, publish all the information you have on the recipe you are trying to copy. This is a good question but really belongs in BIABrewer.info and BIAB for New Members to get the best answers. Have moved it there for you now.

If your supplier is knowledgeable, that would be the best way to proceed. If not, you'll have to do your research or post up here and we'll do our best to provide sage advice.
