Hi! Shaun here from Las Vegas, Nevada USA. I have been brewing for about a year now, all extract. I would like to start getting into the bias phenomenon. It sounds really interesting without having to invest in a ton of equipment. I found this site through homebrewtalk. Look forward to expanding my knowledge and learning from you all.

Hi all,
I´m a pom living in Sweden and have been brewing all grain for many years. I fell upon this site some time ago and became interested in BIAB. I have now updated my equipment with an induction cooking plate and 50 liter kettle, just need to sew a bag then ready to go. Thanks for all the tips and encouragement the site provides.
Keep on brewing

Hi,

I'm a new brewer in Bristol, UK. 8 brews under my belt so far: one kit then straight to all grain - 3 BIABs (2 no-chilled), 2 ginger beers and some ginger wine. I'm still finding my feet and working out what system will work for my combination of space, time and political sensitivity.

I found BIABrewer through AHB when looking for others' no-chill experience to learn from. I used the BIABacus for the first time yesterday, had a couple of issues and now want to seek some help sorting out the brew that's cooling. I like the openness and scientific approaches (in a seemingly laid back way)

Biggest being challenge so far has been keeping the dog out of the way of syphoning!

Dave.

Hi my name is Vaughan Littlefield, I am from Frankfort, ME, USA.
I found this site from the website that sold me my BiaB. I am pretty new to brewing with only 3 brews under my belt. I want to be able to brew pale beers that aren't really possible with extract beers. I don't really have time for the traditional brewing setup and BiaB seems like better way for me to be able to go all grain. I have a keggle that I will be using a my brew pot. My next beer is going to be a pilsner. I hope to find some good tips and advice from this site to help expand my knowledge of brewing.

Good Day Vaughan, Welcome to the Forum.

If you like to make PALE ale, Biab will help you! 60% 6 row Barley, and 40% Flaked rice, and you will have a very very pale color, and depending On your Gravity.... Light or Full flasvor!

If you like Pilsner, ANY recipe can be converted to make BIAB the best beer made!

Let us know whay information you need or ask any questions you have!!

I am in western PA and am a relatively new brewer. I have been trying to read and study about all the different methods and processes etc. I am recently retired from the USPS so now I have plenty of time to learn and hone my skills. I am somewhat fascinated with the biab concept. As a matter of fact one of things that is so interesting about brewing is there is no one right way to do things, and there is plenty of room for experimentation and new ideas.

If you like that Idea of "No One Way to brew", You have come to the Right Place.

BIAB has many varients to allow you to brew ANY size batch, on any time frame, Days or weeks.

Look around the site and ask any questions you have, we can help!
