I'm going to use a keggle with a ball valve and tubing to transfer to fermenter. Then to a bottling bucket. Can I just dump it from fermenter to bottling bucket or should I siphon?
Thanks

Dustinj, There is alot of Belief that NO air should Contact the beer/wort, after fermentation, as it will cause major oxidation.
But you really need the air as you go INTO the fermenter. So let it splash going into, and keep the air away as it comes out.

With a careful siphon, you can leave the bottom sludge and top floaties behind.
