This was my second attempt at BIAB. It was roughly based on Graham Wheeler's recipe only I used all pilsner malt. My first all grain got infected and I was a really gutted. I wasn't expecting so much with my second brew. I just thought if it's half decent I'll be happy. Well it's been sitting in the cellar for couple of weeks now so I thought I'd try one. Wow!!!
Now I can see what all the fuss is about with all grain BIAB. I'd just like to say thanks for this website. Reading all the guides etc has helped me make a fantastic beer. I'm hooked now. Got 23 litres of Sierra Nevada clone maturing in bottles and a guinness and a Munich helles fermenting away!
