Raspberry wheat beer. 1045 to 1002
Should it go that low?
I used Safbrew WB-06 pitched at 20C
Pitched on 30.09.12, fruit added 02.10.12 with a reading of 1006. Moved into secondary 07.10.12
Tastes ok, although i dont really like raspberries or wheat beer.

how much fruit did you add? the fruit sugars should ferment out so a FG of 1.002 is quite possible.

well, based on this, http://kotmf.com/articles/fruitsugar.php , 900gr of fruit isn't actually that much sugar.
