Guinness Clone

I'm going to brew this for my second BIAB. I saw some where about souring 2 cans of Guinness and adding to the recipe. But can't seem to find out when to add it.

I found the answer. 24 oz. in a bowl for 3or4 days to sour then boil for 10 min. pitch at flame out.
