HI
I use a 15.5 gallon keg for brewing. What is the max grains, roughly, I can brew with efficiently, for a 5-5.5 for 10 gallon batch?
THANKS

Hi there dawgs and welcome to the forum
,
With any all-grain system, including BIAB, the higher the original gravity of the beer (grain bill), the lower the efficiency. What's the highest gravity beer you would like to brew? If you let me know this, I can let you know if you will be running into problems.
Cheers,
PP

I do like the occasional high gravity ale, 9% or so.
I am also interested in doing some 10 gallon batches, looks like that might be tough though, even for low gravity stuff.
How can I figure projected efficiency? The few batches I have done so far have come out pretty good, mid 70s I would say.
THANKS MUCH

Try this calculator

After entering your max volume and your brew evaporation you should be able to play with it to see how volume and gravity and sparging will affect your brew
