ALL grains can be used with BIAB, although you will need to crush the malt- most homebrew shops can do this for you nowadays. If the grain says "flaked" then you don't need to crush it but you will need to mash it.

The benefit of BIAB is that you are no longer steeping, you are mashing, so all malted grains (crushed) are fair game! In fact, you are at an advantage if you use wheat or rye (they get pretty sticky).

So to answer you question from the list, all of them can be used!

BIAB is a all grain mashing method, that means you can use any brewing grain. you must use grain that must be mashed in order to convert the starches into sugars. you can also add grain that don't need to be mashed to add flavour and color (specialty grains).
Cube:
fermenter: Sourdough Spelt Ale, Classic Lambic, Oud Brune, Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel
Kegs: Bob's Black IPA, Blanc Blond, Soda...
