I'm a french brewer from Normandy, and because BIAB is not really use in my country, I come here to find informations I can't find anywhere else!
I've been brewing twice already, the first time with a hoped kit, and the second time just steeping some caramalt. Next time I will brew my first Christmas Beer, using BIAB!
I hope I'll be able to help people here and find the advices I need.
