After looking at countless Brown Porter recipes, I've taken what I like most from some of these recipes and tried to combine them. I'm hoping to create something slightly sweet, with a nice caramel flavour and a hint of chocolate. Not sure if I'm a little heavy on the choc malt?
I'd also happily scale an existing recipe if someone can point me to a favourite of theirs.
As this is only the 4th BIABacus that I've done, I'm sure there'll be a few mistakes in there that need attention too.
